Food Alliance Acquires Sigtuna Deli and Fine Foods
Food Alliance has recently completed its first two corporate acquisitions since the company's inception. These acquisitions mark a significant milestone and strengthen Food Alliance's future position as a leading force in the food industry. The acquired companies, Sigtuna Delikatesser AB and Fine Foods Sweden AB, represent the beginning of the journey that enables Food Alliance's operations with renewed growth and innovation.
The acquisitions include the Sigtuna Deli brand, known for the production of crispbread chips and sourdough crackers, as well as Fine Foods with its product line including Crumbles with Västerbottensost®, Twists, and Gingerbread Crumbles.

Food Alliance köper Sigtuna Deli och Fine Foods
Food Alliance har nyligen genomfört sina första två företagsförvärv sedan företagets start. Dessa förvärv markerar en viktig milstolpe och stärker Food Alliance framtida ställning som en ledande kraft inom matindustrin. De förvärvade företagen, Sigtuna Delikatesser AB och Fine Foods Sweden AB är starten på den resa som möjliggör Food Alliance's verksamhet med förnyad tillväxt och innovation.
Förvärven innehåller varumärket Sigtuna Deli med produktion av tunnbrödschips och surdegskex samt Fine Foods med produkten Crumbles med Västerbottensost®, Twists och Pepparkakscrumbles.
